What I have learned

I have had multiple years of experience working with people whether it was being a golf coach for two years or conversing with clients in a software company. I have learned how to interact with people and understand their needs on top of mine. I have worked with Nexgen for a few years and have already seen how a company needs all its employees in sync to be successful. I have worked with the software development team, project delivery team, and software innovation team to make the software better. I have had the honor to work on proof of concept projects for LiDAR and ESRI ArcGIS Indoors. Exploring these new software allows me to expand my knowledge of how to work as a team and find new strategies to improve the software.
